Dear Customers,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent routing changes.

We are actively working to resolve all issues and ask for your patience during this process.

We have decided to offer refunds to affected customers. Customers eligible for a refund must meet the following criteria:

- Purchased PrimerCloud (formerly LightCloud Pro & StandardCloud Pro) VPS, and your VPS IP is within the 89.213.1.0/24 IPv4 Prefix.

- Payments made (including initial purchase and recurring bills) between January 1st, 2024, and February 2024.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, such as Stripe or PayPal.

Please note that the payment gateway will charge a transaction fee for the refund process.

Bills paid using account balances will be refunded in full to your balance.

Example 1: Tom purchased a LightCloud Pro with an IP of 89.213.1.1 on November 24th, 2023, and renewed the service on December 23rd, 2023, January 23rd, 2024, and February 23rd, 2024. Since Tom's IP is within the 89.213.1.0/24 IPv4 Prefix, he can apply for a refund of the actual amounts paid for the January 23rd and February 23rd bills (excluding payment gateway fees).

Example 2: Alice purchased PrimerCloud on January 10th, 2024, and renewed the service on February 9th, 2024. Alice can apply for a refund of the actual amounts paid for both the January 10th and February 9th bills (excluding payment gateway fees).

Please be aware that after the refund, your corresponding VPS will be cancelled. Make sure to back up your data.

Your refund request will be processed within 7 working days.

We appreciate your understanding and support.

Best Regards,

Spike Telecom LLC
